too mucked up in work to freak out now but i'm kinda excited about it too. like goof would be speaking in chinese and i, in english. so freaking fun and hilarious. just hope i won't be reduced to a laughing, stammering fit back in the days of crescent student council elections. but i figured his sis can always take my place if i'm having a seizure from anxiety that day.

i did try declining. on the other hand, i do want to help out in some way (since i'm not like giving a angbao yet taking up a seat). i feel incredibly honoured to be asked; the faith his mum has in me to not screw the wedding up is amazing. i'd be the most draconian mother, demanding the emcees go through some kind of stringent auditioning first.

i was planning to go sans makeup. ok maybe just a little blusher, lipgloss, hmmm concealer (as i foresee many stress-induced pimples and huge eyebags) and tie my messy hair into a high ponytail or bun.

guess bring on the full works now man. like i'm going to prom or sth. lol.
