preoccupied

busy busy busy. hectic hectic hectic.

there's always some assignment due every other day. it has been a rather un-fun march so far. i'm dreading the next few weeks. i've barely time to do readings and all the deadlines are looming ahead before taking the last exam of my life. applying for internships is a pain in the ass. i've nothing much to say.

and when all of this is over, i have one more huge task staring back at me: getting a job. bleah.

i wonder if i'd still blog when i am married with kids and all. it's pretty scary knowing your tech-savvy kids can read all about your deepest darkest silliest musings online. haha maybe by then, they'd have been caught up in some virtual reality stuff that blogs would be passe.

i have two internships interviews (wed) and one internal school interview (fri) this week. wish me luck.

i realise it's getting close to impossible to squeeze into skinny jeans and look nice.

for those who are thinking of getting me birthday presents, i really need (skinny) jeans, nice officewear (a blazer, pants and satiny tops), black stockings, glasses/contacts, a girly bright cardigan, black serious work heels, this $70 cream-n-gold bag which is sold out (HUMPH), this $69 black pinafore-ish dress from dorothy perkins in size 8/10. i've a feeling i'd be getting these myself with my paycheck. haha.

wallet-busting items aside, i would love a strawberry shortcake topped with 22 candles (from fourleaves!), a superbly satisfying meal, well wishes, sentimental stuff, goof to be with me at wherever, and someone to complete all my web/brochure-designing shit for me.

i'm turning 22 soon. good lord i will be as happy as i'm old dammit.
