i pierced my ears on boxing day
well it was freaking painful.
felt exactly like how stapling your ears would.
and it seemed that my yelling and cursing had driven all the customers away
tuesday was ktv with joyce and alex
chilled with shuzhen on wed and fell in love with sushitei's sashimi salad
now my left earlobe is sore, slightly reddish and swollen.
incidentally it was also the more painful piercing.
pretty sure it's infected cos alcohol dabs sting like crazy.
sigh.
i'm pretty averse to piercings and this infection's making me feel worse.
it's almost as if my body resents the invasion.
and i keep imagining i would tear off my earlobe in some freak accident.
can't wait for it to heal.
hopefully by chinese new year.
the sight of julie's strawberry loveletters today in shop&save
brought a huge smile to my face :)
pretty bummed out by sky symphony
ruined my plans for a fuss-free nye fireworks viewing on mt faber

it's xmas eve
and well i could do more than just cry in front of the tv
but that's exactly what poor sick ol' me did
bawled my eyes out watching windstruck and jay chou's latest 枫 mtv
damn jealous lah
that windstruck girl is so chio
i wanna have lips and hair just like hers.
as usual jay's mtvs don't disappoint
sad sad love storyline with a good pace and moving scenes

and it's cool cos the plot continues in his good friend's mtv

nursing a 'lil sore throat and many itchy-like-hell bites

merry xmas eve y'all :)
just came back from camping at ecp
yesh and i mean the real outdoors
bonding with mother nature and all
we pitched tents on grass coupled with a great sea view
lying on real hard earth for once
not concrete on a couple storeys in the air
it was weird but for a second i swore the ground felt round. haha
there was sand rain (ie. a semi-flooded tent) insects
noisy ppl brawling cats cackling crows that refuse to let us sleep
and i've got 6 humongous mozzie bites
4 on the back of my thighs
1 each on left forearm and right ankle
they're bloody itchy, swollen, red and feverish to the touch.
yikes.
still, i would do it all over again
cos just about anywhere's paradise with goof around :)
ok i'm real HAPPY
and i think xmas came early for me this year ;)

met up with alex today for my nikon and, bedok sliced fish beehoon!
i slurped up every last bit of it :)
then, eastpoint to surprise joyce at petsafari
well she wasn't there (blimey) but,
lovely pups, charming kittens got me cooing endlessly made it worth the trip
just discovered pazzion and their gorgeous pumps
fell in love with this $69 (ouch) plum-coloured suede pair
chickened out of earpiercing again at bits&pieces
kudos to alex my ever-obliging patient shopping attendant
as usual, it was hilarious with him
laughing so hard on the train til i teared
never really complaining and having the patience of a (yawning) saint
after i spent an hour at pazzion deliberating and yet bought nothing
after a prolonged musing over eggs (brown/white, omega3/6, vitamin a/e?)
i got my portobellos!
(should be whipping them up with some honeybakedham tmr)
walking around for miles and miles.
lol, yeah lah very mundane, but very funny when you think abt it.
"oh, i spent a whole afternoon buying nothing but eggs."

i bladed with chin and have been itching for it ever since
shopped briefly and for once, there's nothing desirable

and it was an interesting experience meeting wen's bf. heh
